"The bed and pillows are good. Room is clean. Toilet and bathroom clean with essential toiletries. Complimentary breakfast not grand but acceptable. Lounge access provides drinks and snacks. Lounge staff very helpful and efficient. A particular staff Balqis was very attentive and ever willing to help. The housekeeping staff are also very efficient in their tasks. Our stay at the hotel was very relaxing and enjoyable. We would consider coming back to stay again."
